However, they are somewhat hostile to puffer fish, tadpoles, tropical fish, salmon, squid, drowned fish, glow squid, cod, guardians, and elder guardians. Added to this, when they attack, the axolotls deal 2 damage for each attack made.

Another curiosity about axolotls is that they are not tameable creatures, unlike others that can be trained in Minecraft.
